Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days and only applies to products purchased via our store.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must also be in the original reconstituted packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations in which only partial reimbursements are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or contains missing parts for
for reasons beyond our control.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Only returns respecting the procedure defined at the bottom of the page will be validated.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

All product returns can only be made using the transport solutions provided by stone-evolution. STONE-EVOLUTION account
Given the fragility of the products and their size, special precautions need to be taken (easel pallet and protection).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, approximately €400 for Metropolitan France including shipping and insurance.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the item refund.
1/ Send your request by e-mail explaining your problem to support@stone-evolution.com (REQUIRED)
2/ Attach your scanned proof of purchase (REQUIRED)
3/ Indicate the complete address where the item is to be taken back (REQUIRED)
4/ Indicate your cell phone number (REQUIRED)
5/ Wait for STONE EVOLUTION's agreement by e-mail (REQUIRED)
6/ Once the agreement has been obtained, a carrier will contact you directly to collect the item.
The refund rules defined above will then apply.
